Shipping

We understand that when you make an order, you want your gear as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen! 

Our Shipping team fulfills orders Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Orders will  typically ship within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. Orders placed after 2pm PST will ship the following day at the earliest. If you choose an expedited shipping method, please contact our customer service team to notify us. We will do our best to process the order as quickly as possible.

A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping.  For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Tuesday morning, you will receive your tracking information either Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning.

Most orders will be shipped FedEx, however we do utilize USPS as well. 

Free Shipping

From time to time, Astroscrambler may offer Free Shipping on orders over $199 that have a U.S. shipping destination. International destinations, US Territories, Alaska, and Hawaii are excluded from free shipping promotions. Orders will ship via Ground Shipping. Expedited shipping methods are available at checkout. Rates for these expedited options are calculated by the carrier and displayed at checkout. 

Shipping Changes

Shipping changes after the order is shipped, such as intercepts, address change, and will call pick-up may be subject to a $10 Service fee per shipment (this is simply passing along the fee billed to us by the carrier to make the change when in-transit).  

International Shipping

Astroscrambler is not responsible for any duties, fee, or customs associated with any local state or province.
