Where are you located?

We are a small team located in beautiful Southern California! We do not have a store-front, yet, so everything is ONLINE! Good for quarantine!

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to most countries! Enter your information at checkout to check and to get a quote.

International shipping quotes do not include taxes and duties. For more detailed information contact your local customs agent

When will my order ship?

It takes 1-2 days for us to process orders. Items normally ship out within 3 days after the processing period (unless otherwise stated in the item description).


Only part of my order shipped, what about the rest?

On-hand items are shipped within a day after being processed. We do our best to get items out to you in a timely fashion. In some cases, we will pay extra for the factory to have it shipped straight to you!


What is your return policy?

We offer returns on unused and unopened product within 10 days of receiving the item. Due to this being a very unique and small niche of the motorcycle community, we also charge a 10% re-stocking fee.

What if my order was damaged during shipping?

Astroscrambler is not responsible for damage to product while in transit. We understand that sometimes these things happen, so if your item(s) arrived damaged shoot us an email and we’ll assist you with a damaged goods claim. We will assist our customers in these claims. We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer than we would would like.
